Paul Walker’s practice mainly focuses on complex contractual and commercial disputes, corporate insolvencies, taxation disputes and general corporations law issues.
Paul has advised and appeared in a variety of matters in the Supreme Court, Federal Court and High Court. He also has experience in domestic and international arbitrations and matters before tribunals or other statutory merits review bodies.
Before he was called to the Bar, Paul was a Senior Associate at Ashurst (formerly Blake Dawson Waldron) in the disputes and insolvency team.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours from the University of Western Australia and a Bachelor of Civil Law (with distinction) from the University of Oxford.
